Annual Youth For Life Prayer Walk Draws Record Numbers

Last Saturday, communities across the nation gathered for the Annual Youth For Life Prayer Walk, an event held at the same time each year. This year’s walk came just three days after the passing of Charlie Kirk, whose life and witness continue to inspire countless young people to stand boldly for life.

Despite the somber timing, the event saw the largest turnout of youth nationwide in its history. Organizers reported stories already emerging of lives being changed, including one mother who chose life for her baby after being deeply impacted by Charlie’s testimony.

Southern California hosted the highest concentration of Youth For Life locations in the nation, with six separate gatherings across the region. In total, SoCal prayer walks recorded:

  • 855 participants

  • 5 salvations

  • 8 babies saved

Orange County contributed significantly to those totals, with:

  • 140 prayer walkers

  • 1 salvation

  • 1 baby saved

Organizers gave all credit to God for the outcomes of the event, noting that each number represented lives transformed and renewed hope in communities.

The next Prayer Walk is scheduled for October 11th, and participants are encouraged to mark their calendars to be part of this growing movement.
