Plea Deal REJECTED by Democrat Congresswoman
The Justice Department has officially charged Democrat New Jersey Representative LaMonica McIver with assault after she attacked ICE agents outside an illegal immigration detention facility. Rep. LaMonica McIver (NJ-10) also rejected the DOJ’s offer of a plea deal. At the same time, the trespassing charges against Newark Mayor Ras Baraka have been dropped.
