Leah’s Story: Empowered with Purpose

Leah was a high school student with big dreams. She was preparing for college and nursing school when she discovered she was pregnant. Feeling overwhelmed and concerned that motherhood would derail her plans, Leah initially considered abortion.

She connected with a PreBorn! Network Clinic, where she met Kim, a nurse who had faced a similar situation as a teenager. Through counseling, prayer, ultrasounds, and ongoing support, Leah began to see that becoming a mother did not mean giving up on her dreams.

After several visits to the clinic, Leah chose to continue her pregnancy. She graduated from high school, began nursing school, and received prenatal care and practical resources as she prepared for motherhood.

Leah eventually gave birth to a healthy baby girl, Alexis. Today, she describes her daughter as “the light of my life” and says she is thankful for the support she received from the PreBorn! Network Clinic.
